All of it runs on Cloudflare's global network, five services deployed to 300+ cities at once, no servers to patch. I chose it because one person can operate it well. The same design ports to AWS or Google Cloud; the boxes are the same, only the names change.
For context: I am the founder. A platform with this footprint is normally an engineering org plus marketing, business development and operations. Here it is one person and a lot of nights. I am not telling you that to impress you. I am telling you so you know what "end to end" means when I write it.

Spec before code. A written update every Friday: shipped, blocked, next. The awkward question in week one, not month three.
Boxes before code. PartyX is background queues, retries, layered caches and separate stores by design, not by accident.
